Chances are you didn't just stumble upon this site, but were told of the apartments and are interested in knowing more. They are both 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom, 4 Star, fully air conditioned apartments which are modern, superbly fitted and ready to go.
If you are holidaying with friends, renting both apartments is a great option. They are about 5 minutes drive apart; Close enough to meet on a whim but also offering privacy, without being in each others pockets.

They are located in the 5 Star holiday location of La Manga on the Spanish Costa Calida. La Manga means 'sleeve' and it is an amazing natural phenomenon. A strip of land 19 km long and on average 100 metres wide, which separates the Mar Menor (Small Sea) from the Mediterranean Sea. Lots of golden, sandy beaches can be found on both sides of the strip. With the Mar Menor being so shallow and warm it's beaches are particularly good and safe for families with young children.

For the sporty, La Manga is also an ideal place for water sports. There are sailing and skiing schools that run periodical courses, as well as windsurfing and catamarans. The Mediterranean can be enjoyed by those who prefer high waves for kitesurfing, windsurfing or sailing; it also boasts some of the best scuba diving sites in Spain.

Puerto Tomas Maestre marina is a great place to get some food or a drink and watch the sun go down. At night there are also several bars to party in. The La Manga Strip also has many hotels, shops, bars, clubs and restaurants. A popular area with young adults is the El Zoco area. Winter in La Manga is an ideal period for those in search of peace and quiet.

Seychelles Apartment
Fantastic peaceful location off the La Manga strip, overlooking a boatyard and with stunning views of the Mar Menor and Marina. The pool is set beside the apartment foyer and the nearest beach is a very short stroll away (<100m). Being on the Mar Menor this cove is fantastic for families with young children; it also has a beach hut for drinks and tapas. It's one of the few places you can dig for the revitalising clays the locals cover themselves in, quite a draw for the Spanish as you'll see.
A well stocked supermarket for all your essentials is just a short stroll away and the Marina with all its Bars and Restaurants and great atmosphere is also close by.

Playa Principe Apartment
Another fantastic location, this time on the La Manga strip with stunning views of both the Mar Menor and Mediterranean sea. The Mar Menor side has a lovely little cove not even 1 minutes walk away and again it's ideal for families with young children. The beach next to the apartment is long, wide, golden sand on the Mediterranean sea. It's fantastic for bodyboarding, snorkelling or just playing in the waves.
The pool is set beside the beach and offers amazing views if you really can't face the golden sand. It's easy to get to the Marina on foot from here, so you can enjoy the fab bars, restaurants and soak in the atmosphere. The nearest supermarket is the superb quality El Corte Inglés near the Marina.
